Civil Code (Cap. 16), article 813
813. (1) For the purpose of article 812 direct collaterals mean
brothers and sisters, whether of the half or full blood or adop ted
and the descendants of predeceased brothers or sisters, of the half
or full blood or adopted.
(2) The brothers and sisters shall succeed per capita and their
descendants per stirpes in terms of articles 804 and 805.
