Civil Code (Cap. 16), article 850
850. (1) Acceptance may be eithe r express or implied.
(2) It is express, if the status of heir is assumed either in a
public deed or in a private writing.
(3) It is implied, if the heir per forms any act which necessaril y
implies his intention to accept th e inheritance, and which he w ould
not be entitled to perform except in his capacity as heir.
