Civil Code (Cap. 16), article 885
885. Minors and persons interdicted shall not be deemed to
have forfeited the benefit of inventory except on the expiratio n of
one year from the day on which they shall have attained majorit y,
or the interdiction shall have ceased, as the case may be, unle ss,
within such time, they shall have complied with the provisions of
the foregoing articles.
Pending inventory,
heir is considered
as curator of
inheritance.
