Civil Code (Cap. 16), article 894
894. Where the heir to whom the reserved portion would be
due, neglects to make up the inventory, he shall forfeit the ri ght to
cause the donations or legacies m ade in favour of any person, o ther
than a co-heir, to be reduced.
Security to be
given by heir who
enters upon
inventory.
