Civil Code (Cap. 16), article 915
915. It shall not be lawful for the child or descendant,
notwithstanding an express exemption from the obligation of
collation, to retain the donat ion except to the extent of the
disposable portion, and any excess shall be subject to collatio n.
Heir renouncing
succession may
retain donation.
