Civil Code (Cap. 16), article 93

93. Without prejudice to the provisions of article 89, parents of children conceived and born out of wedlock shall have in respec t to such children and their descendants the same duty to maintain a nd educate them as they have with regard to children born or conceived in wedlock, and such c hildren shall have in respect o f their ascendants and other relatives the same rights and duties as children born or conceived in wedlock.
