Civil Code (Cap. 16), article 957

957. A partition made by an ascendant may be impeached if it is made to appear from such partition or from any other dispositions made by the ascendant that the reserved portion of any one of the persons among whom the partition of the property was made has been prejudiced. Nullity of partition does not invalidate dispositions.
