Civil Code (Cap. 16), article 958F
958F. Upon receipt of an applicatio n for a European Certificate
of Succession in the form prescr ibed in Article 65 of the Succe ssion
Regulation, the issuing authority shall register the applicatio n with
the Director of the Public Regis try by means of a note of enrol ment
within seven days from date of receipt of th e application.
