958Q. (1) A trustee appointed in t erms of a testamentary trust shall not be considered to be a testamentary executor and the provisions of articles 762 to 778 shall not apply to testamenta ry trustees. (2) When a person is appointed as trustee and also as an executor, such executorship sha ll be regulated in terms of this Code until such time as the executorship is fulfilled upon the deliv ery or CIVIL CODE [CAP. 16. 227 registration of any rel evant assets to or i n the name of the tr ustee.
