Civil Code (Cap. 16), article 958S
958S. The right of redemption as provided for in article 912 shall
not apply when the transfer of the undivided share of an inheri tance
shall consist of a settlement of such right under trusts, the
beneficiaries of which are the settlor himself, his heirs or th e other
heirs of the estate or a distribution or reversion thereof to s uch
persons.
