Police Act (Cap. 164), article 30
30. Any disciplinary proceedings taken against a member of the
Force shall be without prejudice to any proceedings which may b e
taken against him under the provisions of the Criminal Code or any
other law, and any proceedings taken under the Criminal Code or any
other law shall be without prejudice to any disciplinary procee dings
for the same fact.
