Police Act (Cap. 164), article 49
49. The Minister responsible for t he Police may enter into
agreements with fore ign governments providing for assistance, o n the
basis of reciprocity, in the implementation of witness protecti on
programmes. For the purpose of enhancing the protection of witn esses
such agreements may provide for the possibility of transferring to
another country a protected witness or receiving from another c ountry
a witness admitted to a pr ogramme in that country.
