7. (Deleted by Act LVII.2021.6 ). TITLE II APPOINTMENTS AND CONDITIONS Appointments. 8. (1) Notwithstanding any other provision of any law, regulation or order, the appointment of all police officers sha ll be subject to such conditions, requi rements and standards as the M inister may prescribe by this Act or by regulations or orders made unde r this Act. (2) The Minister may by regulations regulate any other appointment as he may determine. Reserve constables.
