74. Any person from whose possession any item of property has been seized by the Police in the course of an investigation or otherwise having an interest in the same property, may by application req uest a Magistrate to release in his fa vour the property so seized. The Magistrate shall decide on the request after having heard the r eply of the Police. PART V The Use of Force Procedure.  Added by: XIII.2018.27.
