9. (1) The Minister may by regulations establish the conditions by virtue of which reserve constables may be engaged. (2) A reserve constable shall be paid an allowance for the work done. (3) The same laws, rules and regulations as apply to regular pol ice officers shall apply mutatis mutandis to reserve constables. Obedience. 10. (1) Every member of the Force shall, in the execution of his duties, obey the lawful order s of his lawful superiors. (2) An order given to a member of the Force by the lawful superi or POLICE ACT [CAP. 164. 7 of that member shall be deemed to be lawful, unless it is manif estly contrary to an express provisi on of law or a Court order.
