29. (1) The master of any vessel landing or embarking at any port in Malta passengers coming from or bound for a destination outside Malta shall furnish, to such person and in such manner as may be prescribed, a return givi ng the prescribe d particulars w ith respect to any passengers and ev ery passenger shall furnish to the master of the vessel any information required by him for the purpose of the return. The same return shall be furnished at the request of such person by the master of any other vessel arrivi ng at any port in Malta from a port outside Malta. (2) The master of any vessel arriving at any port in Malta from a port outside Malta shall furnish, to such person and in such manner as may be prescribed, a return giving the prescribed particulars with respect t o any members of the crew. IMMIGRATION [ CAP. 217. 21 (3) The particulars prescribed fo r the purpose of sub-article (1 ) or (2) in relation to the passengers or members of the crew of an aircraft may be different from those prescribed in relation to any other passengers or members of a crew.
