33. In any proceedings under this Act - (a) the burden of proof that a person is an exempt person or that a person is not a prohibited immigrant under the provision of article 5(2)( a) shall be upon that person; (b) a document purporting to be a removal order or return decision or a deportation order shall be presumed, until the contrary is proved, to be the document which it purports to be; (c) any order made under this A ct shall be pr esumed, until the contrary is proved, to have been validly made and to have been made on the da te on which it purports to have been made.
