198. If any of the particulars en tered upon a Maltese seaman’s card shall become or be found to be incorrect, the person to wh om the card was issued shall, as soon as practicable, report the f act to the Registrar-General and shall surrender the incorrect card at his office; and the Registrar-Genera l may thereupon either cause th e card to be amended or order the issue of a card in substitution therefor.
