204. This Part of this Act shall, unless the context or subject matter requires a different appl ication, apply to all sea-going ships registered under this Act, and to the owners, bareboat chartere rs, masters and crews of such ship, subject as hereinafter provided with respect to - (a) pleasure yachts, and (b) fishing boats.
