Merchant Shipping Act (Cap. 234), article 215

215. (1) The owner of a ship which has been surveyed shall, within fourteen days after the re ceipt by him of a declaration of survey, transmit it to the Registrar-General. (2) If the owner fails without reasonable cause so to transmit a declaration of survey, he shall be liable to a fine ( multa ) not exceeding two units for every day during which the transmission is delayed. Appeal to court of survey.
