239. If any of the rules made in pursuance of article 212 is not complied with in relation to any Maltese passenger ship, the master of the ship shall be liable to a fine (multa) not exceeding one hundred units. Return to be furnished by master as to passengers. Amended by:  XIII. 1983.5; XXII. 2000.2.
