Merchant Shipping Act (Cap. 234), article 250
250. The following provisions of this Part of this Act, that is to
say articles 251 to 276 (both inclusive), in this Act referred to as
"the load line provisions of this Act", apply to all ships exce pt:
(a) ships of war;
(b) ships solely engaged in fishing; and
(c) pleasure yachts.
