269. (1) Where the Minister exempts a ship under the last preceding article, he shall issue the appropriate certificate t o the owner of the ship. (2) For the purposes of this ar ticle, the appropriate certificat e - (a) where the exemption is conferred under sub-article (2) or sub-article (4) of the la st preceding article, is a certificate to be called an "International Load Line Exemption Certificate"; and (b) where the exemption is conferred under sub-article (3) of that article, is a certificate to be called a "Malta load line exemption certificate". (3) Any certificate issued under this article shall be in such form and shall be issued in such manner as may be prescribed by the load line rules.
