316. (1) A duplicate of the report made following a formal investigation, verified and certified by the registrar of the court to be correct, shall be kept in the records of the court. (2) Such report may be produced in evidence in any judicial proceedings. Where criminal proceedings are taken following a shipping casualty. Amended by: VIII.1990.2.   Cap. 9.
