365. (1) Every registrar shall keep a record to be called the register and there shall be made therein all such entries as required so to be made by this Act. (2) Every registrar shall file and properly index all documents that are required to be kept by him. Instructions as to registry.  Amended by: XXXVII. 1988.4.
