Accountancy Profession Act (Cap. 281), article 15C
15C. (1) The decision of the Board shall stand pending an
appeal, whether before the Tribunal or the Court of Appeal, and
shall be adhered to by all the parties to whom the decision applies.
(2) The Tribunal or the Court of Appeal, as the case may be,
where it considers it to be appropriate, may on the application of a
party to the appeal, suspend the decision of the Board, pending the
final determination of the appeal. The Tribunal or the Court of
Appeal, in deciding to suspend the decision, shall state their
reasons for doing so.
