Accountancy Profession Act (Cap. 281), article 20
20. (1) The Board shall appropriately disclose to the public all
the measures taken and the penalties imposed on auditors in ter ms
of this Act or the regulations and directives issued under it
including the appropriate disclosure of penalties imposed. The
disclosure required by this article may take place through the
annual report published in terms of article 7(19).
(2) Without prejudice to the generality of subarticle (1), the
Board shall notify by registered mail the decisions taken pursu ant
to articles 7(1)( a), 7(1)( b), 7(1)( c), 7(17), 10(7), 14, 15(1), 15(2)( d)
and 15(2)( e) to any person to whom such decision applies.
