104. Notwithstanding any provision of the Widows’ and Orphans’ Pensions Act no contribution is payable under that Act, but all the provisions of that Act shall continue to have effec t as if all the contributions which, but for the provisions of this art icle, would have been payable under t hat Act, had in fact been paid.
