38. A widow who is in receipt of a Survivor’s Pension may not receive any Sickness, Unemployment, Special Unemployment, or Injury Benefit or any Injury Grant or Injury Pension under this Act. Entitlement to higher pension. Amended by: XIII.1991.21. Re-numbered by: XXIV. 1993.2.
