54. Where a person qualifies for the full Two-Thirds Pension under article 53, then, notwithstanding the provisions of that article, but subject to the provision of paragraph (c) of the proviso thereto, that person sha ll in no case receive - (a) less than the full rate of the National Minimum Pension, inclusive of the additional allowance, payable according to such person’s marital status, as is specified in the Twelfth Sc hedule; or the Guaranteed National Minimum Pension payable in terms of article 50A, as the case may be; or (b) more than the highest rate of a Two-Thirds Pension in accordance with the Twelft h Schedule to this Act.
