60. A person who during the last ten calendar years immediately preceding his retirement was not liable to pay a contribution unde r this Act shall not be debarred from receivin g a Two-Thirds Pension if, for each contribution week during the sa id ten years, he was entitled to a credited contrib ution in accord ance with article 16; and, for the purpose of assessing his pensiona ble income, his date of retirement shall be deemed to be the last d ay of his employment or self-occupation, as the case may be.
