Social Security Act (Cap. 318), article 81
81. (1) An allowance payable under articles 76, 76A and 79
shall not be payable in respect of a person to whom a pension i s
payable under article 27.
(2) Except as may be prescribed , an allowance payable under
articles 76, 76A and 79 shall nei ther be payable nor due outsid e
Malta.
