Malta Financial Services Authority Act (Cap. 330), article 28
28. The Authority shall, as soon as may bebut not later than six
months after the close of each financial year, transmit to the House,
through the Minister, a copy o f its annual accounts certified b y the
auditors together with a report on its activities during the pr evious
year.
