Trusts and Trustees Act (Cap. 331), article 10
10. (1) Subject to the terms of the trust, a trustee may accept
the settlement of any additional property under the same terms of
the trust.
(2) The trust property shall be such property as is settled in
trust by the settlor, that subsequently added, all fruits there from and
property which represents the original or added property.
