Trusts and Trustees Act (Cap. 331), article 5
5. (1) Subject to the provisions of this Act, a trust shall be
gov erned by its proper law and shall be interpreted and be
enforceable accordingly.
(2) The proper law of the trust shall be determined in
accordance with this Act.
(3) The terms of a trust may provide for the proper law of the
trust to be changed to the law of another jurisdiction.
