Financial Markets Act (Cap. 345), article 10B
10B. (1) The competent au thority shall draw up a list of the
regulated markets registered in Malta and shall forward that li st to
the other Member States, EEA States and ESMA . A similar
communication shall be effected in respect of each change to th at
list.
(2) Market operators shall co mmunicate, on a regular basis,
the list of the members or parti cipants of the regulated market to
the competent authority of the regulated market.
