Financial Markets Act (Cap. 345), article 37D
37D. The competent authority may refer to ESMA situations
where a request relating to one o f the following has been rejec ted
or has not been acted upon within a reasonable time:
(a) to exchange information as provided for in article 37;
or
(b) to carry out a supervisory activity, an on-the-spot
verification, or an investigation, as provided for in
article 37A.
