Financial Markets Act (Cap. 345), article 47
47. The provisions of article 1966(3) and (4) of the Civil Code
shall not apply with respect to quoted financial instruments and the
privilege referred to in Title XXI of Part II of Book Second of the
said Code shall arise where the pledge has been duly registered
with a regulated market in accordance with the bye-laws.
