Financial Markets Act (Cap. 345), article 5

5. (1) The competent authority may issue Financial Market Rules requiring a regulated market to give it - (a) notice of such events relating to that regulated market as may be specified by the competent authority; and (b) such information in respect of those events as may be specified by the co mpetent authority; (c) such other information relating to that regulated FINANCIAL MARKETS [CAP. 345. 23 market, at such times or in respect of such period as may be specified by th e competent authority. (2) Any Financial Market Rule s issued by the competent authority may require information to be given in a specified fo rm and to be verified in a specified manner and any information so required shall be provided promptly.
