60B. (1) Save as otherwise expressly provided in this Act, no action for payment of duty and, or additional duty and, or interest may be taken after the lapse of five years from the date on which the relative assessment becomes final and conclusive. (2) The running period of prescription specified in this article shall be interrupted by any judicial act filed before the expiration of such period by the Commissioner whereby any payment of duty is claimed.
