23. A person guilty of an offence under the provisions of article 22 shall be liable on conviction to a fine ( multa ) not exceeding four hundred and sixty -six thousand euro (€466,000) o r to a term of imprisonment not exceedi ng four years, or to both such fine INVESTMENT SERVICES [CAP. 370. 67 and imprisonment, unless such fine or term of imprisonment is otherwise imposed under article 12(5). Criminal proceedings.
