Prevention of Money Laundering Act (Cap. 373), article 20
20. A Chairman and Deputy Chai rman shall be appointed by
the Prime Minister after consultation with the Minister from am ong
the members of the Board. The Chairman shall be the Head of the
Unit and the Deputy Chairman shall have all the powers and
perform all the functions of the Chairman during his absence or
inability to act as Chairman or while he is on vacation or duri ng
any vacancy in the office of chairman.
