Prevention of Money Laundering Act (Cap. 373), article 41
41. The Unit shall keep prope r books of account in such
manner as the Minister may from time to time direct. Such accou nts
shall be audited by auditors appointed by the Board with the
concurrence of the Minister fro m among persons qualified to be
appointed as auditors of a company under the law for the time
being in force in Malta, as if th e Unit were such a company, an d
shall moreover be subject to audit by the Auditor General.
