43. The Unit shall be exempted from any liability for the payment of income tax and duty on documents and transfers under any law for the time being in force. 42 CAP. 373.] PREVENTION OF MONEY LAUNDERING PREVENTION OF MONEY LAUNDERING [CAP. 373. 43 44 CAP. 373.] PREVENTION OF MONEY LAUNDERING PREVENTION OF MONEY LAUNDERING [CAP. 373. 45 FIRST SCHEDULE (Article 2) Article 3 (1) ( a) of the United Na tions Convention Against Illicit Traffic in Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Subs tances. (i) The production, manufacture, extraction, preparation, offeri ng, offering for sale, distribution, sale, delivery on any terms whatsoever, bro kerage, dispatch, dispatch in transit, transport, importation or export ation of any narcotic drug or any psychotropic substance contrary to the pro visions of the 1961 Convention, the 1961 Conven tion as amended or the 1971 Con vention; (ii) The cultivation of opium poppy, coca bush or cannabis plant for the purpose of the production of narcotic drugs contrary to the provisions of the 1961 Convention and the 1961 Convention as amended; (iii) The possession or purchase of any narcotic drug or psychot ropic substance for the purpose of any of the activities en umerated in (i) abov e; (iv) The manufacture, transport or distribution of equipment, ma terials or of substances listed in Table I and Table II, knowing that they ar e to be used in or for the illicit cultivation, production or manufacture of na rcotic drugs, or psychotropic substances; (v) The organization, management or financing of any of the offe nces enumerated in (i ), (ii), (iii) or (iv) above.
