Prevention of Money Laundering Act (Cap. 373), article 7

7. Articles 38 and 39 of the Proceeds of Crime Act shall apply in respect of the determination of any property subject to confisc ation in terms of article 3(5) and of the determination of the rights of third parties over such property. Reversion of property ceasing to be forfeited.
