Consumer Affairs Act (Cap. 378), article 105
105. Any person who -
(a) wilfully obstructs, assaults, threatens, resists or
interferes with the Director General or a public officer
or an authorised person in the exercise of his duties
under this Part, or attempts so to do; or
(b) uses threatening, abusive or insulting language to the
Director General or a public o f f i c e r o r a n a u t h o r i s e d
person in the course of hi s duties under this Part; or
(c) provides false or mi sleading information,
shall on conviction be guilty of an offence against this Act.
