12I. The Director General and, or any party to the proceedings before the Court, who feels aggrieved by the judgment of the Ci vil Court, may appeal before the Court of Appeal, on any point of l aw and, or of fact, by means of an application filed in the regist ry of the Court of Appeal within twenty days from the date of the judgmen t of the Civil Court: Provided that the Court of Appeal shall appoint the case for hearing by not later than six months from when the appeal appli cation is served on all the parties: Provided further that the Court of Appeal shall publish any judgement having regard to the legitimate interest of the perso n concerned in the protection of h is business secrets or other co nfidential information. The Court of Appeal may give the parties concerned the opportunity to specify the confidential parts of the judgement which they want to be excluded from publication: Provided further that the Court of Appeal shall ultimately decide which version shall be published: Provided further that the Director General shall also publish on the website of the Authority the judgement delivered by the Court of Appeal.
