Consumer Affairs Act (Cap. 378), article 84
84. Where a seller or any other person gives a commercial
guarantee to a consumer, irrespective of when or how it is given, then
that seller or other person shall be liable to the consumer for the
observance of the terms and execution of the commercial guarantee as
if he were the guarantor.
Commercial
guarantee shall not
exclude rights
under other laws.
