114D. (1) The Minister may, by regulations published in the Gazette, make such provision as appears to him to be appropriat e - (a) for relieving companies from the requirements of article 114 in relation to premiums other than cash premiums; (b) for restricting or otherwise modifying any relief from those requirements provided for in this Chapter. (2) The regulations referred to i n s u b - a r t i c l e ( 1 ) m a y m a k e different provision for different cases or classes of cases and may contain such incidental and supplementary provisions as the Minister may think fit.
