Companies Act (Cap. 386), article 20
20. Where the alteration to the deed of partnership consists in a
change of the partnership-name, the Registrar shall enter the n ew
name on the register in place of the former name and shall issu e a
certificate of registration altered to meet the circumstances o f the
case:
Provided that the provisions of article 9 shall apply to the
registration of such new name.
Reduction in
contribution of a
partner and
dissolution of a
partnership before
period fixed for its
duration.
